Refund and Booking Policy

This policy applies to all 1:1 Private Advisory packages purchased from Natalia Maria, the trading name of Blue Blood L.L.C-FZ. By booking a package, you agree to the terms below.

Online 1:1 Private Advisory

• All sessions in an online package must be used within 2 months of the purchase date.
• Any sessions not used within 2 months expire and are not refunded.
• To reschedule a session, you must give at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time.
• If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, cancel late or do not attend, the session is forfeited and is not refunded.

In Person 1:1 Private Advisory

• In person packages may be rescheduled a maximum of one time.
• After one reschedule, any further cancellation, change or missed session is forfeited and is not refunded.

Forfeited and expired sessions

Forfeited or expired sessions cannot be refunded, transferred to another person or added to a new package.

How to reschedule

To request a new time, email us at the address below with your name and the session you would like to move. A reschedule is confirmed once we reply with your new time.
